At Blazee, accessible from blazee-crm.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Blazee and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you register for a Blazee account, we collect credentials and metadata from Clerk (including your name, email address, profile picture, and organization mappings). We also store the data you input directly, such as Client profiles, Project task cards, and Invoices. If you connect your GitHub repository, we store your Personal Access Token (PAT) securely using encrypted environment key chains.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Blazee CRM workspace, process payments and billing logs via Dodo Payments, verify usage limits, compile dashboard statistics, and dispatch webhook/activity alerts.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption protocols and secure database connections to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure. We never sell user data to third parties.
